Le Caméléon est un animal qui se trouve dans la grande classe de reptiles, l’ordre des squamates regroupant les serpents, les amphisbènes (petits reptiles sans pattes et quasiment aveugles qui se nourrissent de termites) et plus précisément dans les lézards Lato sensu.
