IPRC West adopted a new strategy of controlling students’ behavior during Holidays.

Today 24^th July,2014 IPRC West top management together with the board of Directors meet TSS students  to better explain to them the new  policies set Ministry of Education and give them various directives before they go for  the Second term Holidays.The New strategies which allow schools and parents to exchange and control the behaviour of students at school as well as in holidays.

Students are given a form signed by the school management indicating the time the student leaves the school and is to be signed by parents clarifying the time she/he reached as well as the time she/he left back to school.

Introducing this conversation HABIYAMBERE ILDEPHONSE, Director of TSS and VTC at IPRC West said there will be no reason contradicting this strategy or for students to be late.

“We hope you’ve been so well at school and we expect this will give good results;” He said

“Transports and everything is organized for you not to be late home and this form will help us know when you reached home and when you left back to school” He went on

This was also confirmed by Eng. MUGIRANEZA J. Bosco, the Principal of IPRC West who even linked behaviour with results in class.

“Indiscipline cases have been very little that we hope results also will be good,” He said. We are aware of what you damaged but wish it stops then. The holiday is not for you time to relax and misbehave but a way to be close to parents and help them. He went on

In this meeting also, students were shown their new representatives and this gave an opportunity to the school administration to better address to them on the points of emphasis such as hygiene, sports and having ownership spirit.

Also was a better way to inform them on the date to come back and the starting of National Examinations as it will continue to be exchanged with parents. They agreed on starting the next term on the 9^th August to better prepare exams for those finishing Secondary school, and that the last time to enter the school in 5PM.
