A PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE PASTOR WHO LED ASEPA/UNR 2006-2009

Saturday the 23rd October at the campus stadium, the leaders of ASEPA/UNR officially delivered to Abraham MUGIRANEZA, the pastor who led that church at least 4 years a certificate of appreciation as a symbol of thanks
Delivering that certificate Ferdinand KAMANDI, the current Pastor in charge of ASEPA/UNR used Kiswahili word “asiye shukuru ni kama kafiri”, to mean that it’s crucial to thank any one who presented qualities in his work especially like Abraham who contributed a lot to the idea and activities of building the church that is currently being built near the main road about 300 meters from the campus main gate to Butare town.

The pastor Ferdinand wished the one he replaced to continue presenting qualities wherever he will be. “be simple God will do every new as Joshua has been told so” Said Ferdinand.
Abraham who received the certificate said that he should give it at his turn to others he said they worked hand in hand in order to start building the church. “They are others who contributed much more than me especially to build this church” He said. The pastor mentioned Emmanuel NZIRAGUHUNGA who used his own car in the activities of the church and Protogene MINANI who were in charge of treasurer. MUGIRANEZA continued saying that it’s rare for him to work again as the ASEPA/UNR because for him no pastor served twice in the same church.
People who were there mentioning there mentioned his qualities and said that other pastors should take the example of Abraham MUGIRANEZA. “He was the pastor of sociability and simplicity” said Peter MUHIRE.
“Il était l’ingénieur Pasteur” said Egide TWAGIRAYEZU to mean that being a pastor didn’t prevent him from contributing to the physical activities of building the church.
Let you know that Abraham MUGIRANEZA studied at National University of Rwanda from 1999 to 2004. He led ASEPA/UNR January 2006 to October 2009. Currently he is studying theology and leadership in Kenya
