The thirtieth June, 2011 in Nkotsi sector, the ministry of health presented by the permanent secretary, Dr Ndagijimana Ousiel presided over the meeting on hand washing for sanitation and cleaning environment where around two thousand population of Bikara cell were gathered.
Dr. Ouziel who first visited some of the population of Barizo zone homes said that even if they have taken a great step, there is a need to strengthen home sanitation in this districts especially Nkotsi sector, where population suffers from of poor sanitation disease.

Rwandan Journalist Undeterred by Government Prosecution
Umuvugizi editor Jean Bosco Gasasira says he will continue to expose corruption and what he calls criminal activities in Rwanda the exiled editor of Rwanda’s Umuvugizi newspaper, Jean Bosco Gasasira, one of Rwanda’s most outspoken journalists, says the Rwandan prosecutor’s request to the country’s Supreme Court to sentence him to 10 years in prison will not deter him from doing his job.
